Natural constipation relief

Many people suffering from constipation do so in silence. Constipation isn’t something we bring up at the dinner table or talk about with friends, yet its one of the major causes of health problems throughout the world – however natural constipation relief is possible!

Constipation doesn’t have to be something you live with, there are natural constipation relief supplements that will provide natural constipation relief without using laxatives or dangerous drugs. Natural constipation relief doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive.

Health implications of constipation

Aside from the obvious problem of not being able to go to the toilet as often as you should (a normal person goes 2-3 days per day), constipation can cause a number of health issues. It is said that most diseases start in the colon due to a build up of toxins from hard, impacted waste.

Constipation may cause

  • Weakened digestive system
  • Poor absorption of nutrients
  • Lack of energy
  • Poor skin
  • Parasite build up
  • Weakened immune system
  • More serious illness such as cancer…
  • Natural constipation relief supplements

You can get natural constipation relief without using harsh laxatives, chemicals or enemas.

Firstly increase the amount of fibre in your diet. Most people are lacking in fibre – one of the biggest causes of constipation and colon disease. Consume large amounts of vegetables and wholemeal grains.

A fibre supplement (such as Herbal Fiberblend) is recommended to ensure you get adequate amounts of soluble and insoulbe fibre in your diet everyday. This is the best way to get relief from constipation naturally.

Also try to drink plenty of water every day, start the day with a glass of warm water, eat slowly and chew food carefully, do some exercise and try to relax (stress is a major cause of constipation)

If you do this everyday and take herbs specially selected (see below) to cleanse the colon and body you will get natural constipation relief.

    Herbal, natural constipation relief

Most people suffering from constipation need a supplement to encourage the digestive system and colon to work as they should. However it is not recommended to rely on laxatives to do the job – they may provide some temporary relief but do not treat the problem and in the long-term will do more harm than good.

Choose a natural constipation relief supplement that is totally natural and free from preservatives, additives and fillers. Also look for something non-habit forming. A professional forumlated product that contains a number of specially selected herbs will cleanse the colon, remove toxins, expel parasites and encourage normal bowel movements.

Look for a natural constipation relief supplement which is tried and tested, trusted, has been around for a number of years and contains a range of herbs that work together to cleanse the colon and body

Herbal Fiberblend is a natural constipation relief supplement that contains soluble and insoluble fibre and 17 herbs professionally formulated to relieve constipation, cleanse the colon and improve whole body health. Click here to find out more about Herbal Fiberblend.

This does make sense to me. As a medical shop owner, I have come across various products but never was able to pin one down.

This post was exhaustive and helped me understand quite a bit of what I need to do if hit by constipation. Though I was wondering if natural therapies are really the way forward.

Very true indeed. Most of the time I suffer from constipation and I don’t take medicine because I’m afraid to rely more on science medicine. I would rather take herbals, no side effects. Thanks for the information.

I must admit I’ve tried allsorts but it wasn’t until I tried Fibreblend that I finally had some relief.

I now keep a regular stock of the stuff – even when I go on holiday!

A good advice about natural relief for constipation. It is also important to avoid sugars, desserts, flours, because they have an adverse effect with bowel movements.
