My Herbal Fiberblend colon cleanse diary
Hi, my name is James and Tom (owner of Budding-Health) has asked me to blog about my Herbal Fiberblend colon cleanse experience. I will be doing a 30 Herbal Fiberblend cleanse but may extend to 3 months.My health history
I have had minor digestion problems that have been getting slightly worse over time for years. I’m not exactly sure when it started, probably over 10 years ago. Its nothing life threatening but the symptoms are fustrating and at times can affect my quality of life.
My friend who introduced me to Herbal Fiberblend suffered from IBS and constipation, however with me it is more the opposite problem – I get loose stools, stomach pain, gas and sometimes feel like I lack energy and have a bit of a cloud hanging over me. My symptons tend to be worse in the morning.
Herbal Fiberblend
Before using Herbal Fiberblend i’d tried lots of different diets (no dairy, no wheat, chinese medicine….) and although I felt I recieved some benefit from them they didnt help me in the longer term so I thought i’d give Herbal Fiberblend ago.
I’m naturally sceptical about these kinds of things (and there are hundreds of colon cleansing products on the market) but my friend had been using Herbal Fiberblend for a while so I is worth trying.
Tom said he would provide the product free if I agreed to write a weekly diary of my cleanse and 3 containers of Herbal Fiberblend arrived today (it doesnt look or smell that great but hopefully thats just the mixture of herbs and fiber!)
I’ll be starting tomorrow (just with a small dose which increased over time – this is Tom’s advice not mine!) and will be back in a week to let you know how I got on and how i’m feeling – fingers crossed!

It is a good idea to write a blog in a diary form about diseases. It would be a big help to others who are suffering from colon and related health problems.
I am excited about this idea and your upcoming blogs. I would encouraged my sons and daughters to write blogs focusing on one single topic, sometimes it helps us deviate from our problems, thus alleviating us from stress, which is a big factor in our health recovery.
