Herbal Fiberblend Colon Cleansing Diary – 3 Weeks On

If you are following this, apologies for not posting last week but I was away on holiday (with my Herbal Fiberblend of course). Today I’ll just quickly recap on my colon cleansing experience of the last two weeks.
After a fairly slow start with Herbal Fiberblend but things are really starting to improve now and without going in to too much detail i’m having much more regular bowel movements and I actually feel like i’ve finished when i’ve finished if you know what I mean!
I’ve upped the dosage so i’m now taking 1.5 teaspoons of the fiberblend stuff twice a day mixed with apple juice now to make it taste a bit nicer – its not too bad. Its a bit of a drag sometimes having to remember to take the afternoon dose – I try to take it around 4pm ish as Tom recommended and at around 30mins before or 1 hr after food.
About day 14 or 15 I started noticing my bowel movements getting noticeably better and also I have seen a few strange black things coming out the other end – didnt investigate in too much detail but would much prefer it to be out than in!
When I upped the dose of fiberblend the next level I got a bit of a headache again and for about 1/2 a day my stomach actually felt worse but it soon stablised and i’m now feeling better. Not sure if its the Herbal Fiberblend or that I am drinking more water/eating more fruit and veg but i’ve actually got more energy and feel a bit more ‘alive’
I’m still waking up with the odd stomach cramp although less often but i’m hoping in the next week or two this will reduce as well.
So all in all its been a good couple of weeks and am glad that i’m starting to see some benefit – but i’ve still got a long way to go.
Plans for the next week or so
In my last entry I said that I would try to give up caffeine, well I managed to reduced it and I think that’s enough for now! I have been starting the day with a glass of warm water with drops of lemon and that just helps kickstart the body, but I didnt end up doing much exercise and apparantly that’s really important when you are trying to detox – so as well as taking the Herbal Fiberblend i’m going to try and exercise everyday…
Hope this was useful and i’ll be posting again in a week or so’s time to let you know how i’m getting on – hopefully by this time i’ll have noticed further improvements…
