Herbal Fiberblend Colon Cleansing Diary – 1 month on

Hi everyone, back again!

I’ve been on the Herbal Fiberblend cleanse for just over a month now and am pretty proud of myself for sticking to the recommended amounts and religiously taking Herbal Fiberblend everyday. This week i’ve also tried to speed up the results a bit by doing more exercise and eating a better diet (more of that in a bit).

The last week

I increased the dose of Herbal Fiberblend again this week and got bad headaches again for a day, but as before a couple of extra glasses of water and that was gone. I’ve also had some strange toilet experiences in the last week. For the first couple of days my stomach was a bit rumbly and I had a bit of gas, after about the 3rd day this went away and I was having 3 or 4 large bowel movements a day.

I’m sure you don’t want me to go in to too much detail but they contained what looked like black rope – it was long and sticky looking and i’m much happier that it’s now out of me rather than in my colon! It’s all calmed down again now and my bowel movements are becoming more regular and when i’ve finished I really feel like i’m done! I spoke to Tom (from Budding-Health) about this and they assure me it is quite normal and is part of the impacted matter that has been rotting away inside my colon for years. The herbs in the Herbal Fiberblend (and the fiber I think!) cleanse the colon and encourage this matter to be released. Not very nice but I am starting to feel much better now.

Enough about my BM’s! I’ve found it a bit of a bore having to take the Herbal Fiberblend twice a day, I can see the benefits it is providing but like anything you sometimes find yourself almost forgetting to take it – I think for anything like this to work you have to be strict and take it regularly.

Its definately worth it though and my bowel movements are getting more regular and i’ve definitely got more energy and am having less stomach cramping.

Extra exercise and eating healthy

As well as taking the Herbal Fiberblend i’ve tried this week to increase my exercise levels and have been walking to work everyday. I’ve also cut out all saturated fats this week and reduced processed foods. I think this has helped the Herbal Fiberblend to work and increased the speed at which the toxins have been released by my body.

The next two weeks

I’m away on holiday next week so I won’t be back for another two weeks. The holiday is going to be a bit of a challenge but I’ll be taking my Herbal Fiberblend pot with me and will be taking it twice a day. I’m going to treat myself on holiday though and it will be interesting to see if the Herbal Fiberblend is able to keep my digestion healthy even when i’m not doing everything I should be.

I know Tom (from Budding-Health) has received quite a few questions about my cleanse. I’m really happy to answer these. Just email them to Tom and he will pass them on to me. I might even do a question and answer post next time.

Hope your still finding this useful, here’s to a happy, healthy digestive system for all!

Cheers
James!

I am happy that many people are into health concerns right now. Me, I waited to get a major colon health problem before I thread the road of healthy living, that is why when I see teens and people who are just wasting their life away in illegal substances, and consuming foods which aren’t healthy makes me feel somber.

That is why when I got healed of my colon problem using an effective colon cleanser, I told myself and my family that I would devote my time and energy to help those people inflicted with colon diseases and to give light to people to understand that we must become health conscious individual because it is a big key for us to become happy.

You said it is kind of tiresome to take the supplement twice a day. Can you mix it into anything else, like a smoothie?

I have found that juicing is a good way to get fiber and vitamins, and I also like making smoothies out of various fruits and yogurt, etc. Putting in vitamin powder, protein powder, etc. seems like a good way to get supplements down without tasting them too much. Is that something you’ve tried?

As a chiropractor I love the idea of resorting to a more natural approach to digestive and other health issues. A good diet, plenty of water, moderate exercise and doing something to detoxify and cleanse the system every now and then can be very beneficial. Good article and stick with it you’ll feel much better in no time.

Colon cleansing is very important especially if you don’t have the time to workout.
